IT Manager Developer
- IT Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the company’s IT strategy. Identify technology solutions that support business objectives and promote innovation.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. Ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
- Technology Implementation: Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of software applications, tools, and systems that enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Security and Compliance: Establish and enforce security measures and data protection protocols. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor service levels. Make informed decisions regarding vendor selection and procurement.
- Project Management: Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate resources and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- User Support and Training: Oversee IT support services, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues. Provide training to end-users on new technologies and systems.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and strategies. Conduct regular testing to ensure data and system recovery readiness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams to understand technology needs, align IT strategies, and support business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading effective IT teams.
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including networking, servers, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with technology implementation, software selection, and project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, data protection, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing IT challenges.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is beneficial.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay up-to-date with technology trends.
