Technical Account Manager/ Developer
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary technical point of contact.
- Technical Consultation: Understand clients’ business goals and technical requirements, providing expert guidance on how our solutions can address their challenges.
- Account Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working collaboratively with sales teams to expand the scope of services provided to clients.
- Solution Alignment: Ensure that our solutions are aligned with clients’ needs and objectives, serving as the advocate for their technical success.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address technical challenges and issues faced by clients, coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Technical Training: Provide training to clients on our products, services, and technical best practices to enhance their understanding and usage.
- Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring a smooth process and successful outcomes.
- Regular Check-ins: Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, issues, solutions, and recommendations.
- Customer Advocacy: Represent clients’ needs and perspectives within the organization, driving improvements and enhancements based on their feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or a related customer-facing technical role.
- Solid technical background with a strong grasp of IT solutions, systems architecture, and networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and conveying technical concepts effectively.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Experience in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking for addressing technical challenges.
- Project management skills to oversee the implementation of solutions and coordinate internal teams.
- Adaptability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and engage with clients.
